Casa Calida has the following rental rates based on two people: currently on all prices per night 10% discount!! !! From 7 nights 20% discount on the basic price !!

These rates are applicable from January 2024 through December 2024.

• January, February, March, — 65€ nu 58,5€ Per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
  
• April, May, June, — 80€ nu 72€ Per night, minimum stay 3 nights.
  
• July, August — 120€nu 108€ Per night, minimum 3 nights.
  
• September, October, November, December — 80€ nu 72€ Per night, minimum 3 nights.
• Additional persons:  5€ Per person per night.
  

• Children up to 2 years old are free. 
  
• Wintering and medium/ long term stay are fixed prices. From a minimum of 4 weeks stay we charge:
  
• January to March 900€ per month (Including gas, water and electricity ).
• April to May 950€ per month (Including gas, water and electricity ).
  
• September to December 1035€ per month (Including gas, water and electricity ).
  
• June, July and August no long term rental price. We can negotiate a long term price
• Arrival after 15:00 and departure before 11:00 (possil exception in consultation).
•  Meet & Greet (25€) Can be requested with our administrator or a welcome package (possibly with groceries) for a fee.
  
• Prices do not include end cleaning and washing of towels, bed linen and ironing: 100€.
