Our apartment
Here on the Costa Calida is our apartment at the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina-Murcia.
65 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport.
There are several beaches about 20 minutes from the apartment, among others. Lo Pagan beach, los Alcazares, And San Pedro del Pinatar...
Casa Calida is a fully furnished and comfortable apartment
Where you can enjoy an unforgettable and quiet holiday.
At the resort there is a Supermarket (Spar) with an extensive product range and among other things, every day freshly baked bread.
There is also a restaurant on the resort where ”if you don't feel like cooking” you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.
From the terrace you have a beautiful and soothing view over the golf course.
The terrace is south facing, so you can enjoy the whole day sun in the garden.

The apartment has the following layout:
- Located on the ground floor with a south facing terrace.
- Double bedroom with built in wardrobe, double bed, TV and 2 nightstands.
- Double bedroom with 2 separate beds with built in wardrobe, mirror and small desk.
- Both rooms have a small terrace at the front.
- Fully furnished bathroom with vanity unit, toilet, bath, bidet and hairdryer..
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, oven and a Nespresso coffee machine with an Aeroccino. This kitchen has a view south of the golf course.
- Air conditioning and ceiling fans available.
- In the living room there is a smart TV with cable television and a.o. Netflix and FREE Wi-Fi.
- Beautiful spacious terrace with fantastic views over the golf course on the south side.
- Currently on the terrace a lounge set, a table with a parasol and chairs.
- Parking is free and possible right in front of the entrance and there is also an underground parking garage available for a car.
